This category of chapter membership is open to anyone who is also an Essential Membership with National NSA.
In order to join NSA Oregon as an Essential Member, you must already be an current Essential Member in good standing with National NSA. For more information about joining National NSA, click here.
This category of chapter membership is open to anyone not currently an Essential Member with National NSA.
The short answer is no. National membership is not interchangeable with chapter membership. They are two separate memberships with separate benefits and costs.
No problem. You don’t have to be an NSA Oregon chapter member to attend the chapter monthly program. Some programs are for members only and will be so noted on the website. You’re more than welcome to attend any of our chapter programs that are open to the general public. Simply register for the program of your choice and pay the non-member rate.
As soon as we can verify your national membership, we will upgrade your chapter membership to Essential. Remember that your next renewal period will be at the Essential Member rate.
One year from the date you join. There is no pro-rating of memberships. Renewal notices will be sent to remind you when your year is up. Membership is not auto-renewed.
You will have access to all of your benefits for the full year from the day you join. For example, if you subscribe on March 1st, you will have access to the 8-event series of programs in March through February of the following year. The Holiday Party in December and the President's Gala in June are separate meetings and tickets are purchased separately. We do not hold chapter meetings in July or August.

- Pre-register for any program you with to attend. You must first log in to your account before you can get the discounted price for an event.
- Pre-register any guests using a code obtained from the office.
