Speaker: Anna Heinrich
This workshop is designed to prepare those whose current or future job responsibilities include synchronous training within their organization to be effective in the virtual classroom environment. It targets those looking to convert a traditional face-to-face training to a virtual classroom event.
Synchronous training comprises the traditional method of students grouped together, learning the content material at the same time or in synch with each other (basic face to face classroom training). Asynchronous training occurs remotely, where students partake in the course according to their own time frame, their own schedule, or their own choosing (self-study courses).
NOTE: The course consists of all 3 sessions. It is expected that the same person will attend all 3 sessions. There will be no “walk-ins” since the first session is virtual. This course is also open to both members and nonmembers.
